Do you accept PayPal as payment?
Unfortunately we do not. If you have a PayPal Credit Card then you may pay with that.

Do you have 30 days money back guarantee for your plans?
Web-Mantra does not have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. The reason for this is we already offer a service with the lowest risk possible. This would also leave the gate open for Spammers, Dos Attackers, Port Scanners, IP Hijackers and the list goes on. They would essentially take advantage of us if we had a test drive or a 30 day money back guarantee. Its no hassle hosting. No Contracts so its virtually no Risk! Just try us one month and if you dont like it then you can simply walk away. That is the beauty of it! Monies paid are for services rendered by Web-Mantra for that month.

Are there any hidden fees with your Servers?
No, there are no hidden fees. The only way the price will fluctuate if you go over your bandwidth allotment per month or add any additional services.

Is there a sales tax if I order the server?
You should not be subject to tax unless you are in the State of Ohio. and TAX rate is 6.75%

What are your payment options?
We only have the ability to accept Visa, Amex, Discover and MasterCard at this time. We are working diligently to get more options added but at this time, we are limited to above. We Provide Invoices Online.

How do I cancel my server?
You will have to Login in to Customer Portal and find the server which you want to cancel and follow the cancellation instructions. You can cancel your server at any time but make sure that you cancel your server 3 days before billing date. And your server will be taken offline on Next Billing Date. And all other associated service will be cancelled on that day only. At the time of cancellation and there after you will not charged any amount for next billing Cycle for that server and associated services.

How do I change my address or e-mail information?
To update your information, just login to Customer portal and modify the profile. you can not modify your company name from that section for changing company name you will have to create support request.
